US Account Executive

Encouraged by customers with a strong US footprint and driven by global ambition, Eftsure has recently launched in the US where payment fraud is larger, and solutions fewer.
Joining our US based Global CEO and a growing US Go-to-Market team, Eftsure is looking for our next Account Executive, to join a smaller entrepreneurial team to ignite the significant market opportunity in the US.
About the Job:
Reporting to the Head of Sales in Sydney Australia, you will be working in a team with our US based Account Executive, building relationships with the growing SDR team in Dallas. You will be responsible for engaging prospects, doing demos and navigating all the components of deals to win and secure customers in the US. While our SDR and Marketing teams work to keep your diary full, we expect you to prospect opportunities too.
In this role, what will you be responsible for?
You are responsible for all activities required to develop and convert sales opportunities into closed-won deals: turning prospects into customers.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Confidently, accurately and effectively doing sales and product demos
- Following-up appropriately, rigorously, effectively to provide the best chance of revenue generating outcome.
- Navigating the sales lifecycle including legal, cybersecurity and procurement due diligence requirements (by procuring the support and output of our legal and cyber security teams)
- Pipeline management and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with our CRM in terms of data and reporting.
And:
- Prospecting new opportunities where required
- Maintaining and up-date understanding and working knowledge of the payments and banking landscape, financial controls best practice and technology and cybercrime and fraud risks to businesses.

- You are self-generator with entrepreneurial energy that enjoys ‘building from the ground up’.

- You’re a strong qualifier, and negotiator focused on closing deals.
- You can operate in ‘start-up mode’ with a degree of ambiguity
- You are strong communicator that is comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and senior managers
- You can balance planning (to get things right) with pragmatism (to get things done)
- You see sales as a craft and skill that you’re committed to continuously improving it.
What experience do you have and what are the requirements for the role?
- 2-3 years of experience in quota carrying, high-velocity SaaS Technology sales across SMB and Corporate.
- Experience with or have been exposed to larger, enterprise sales
- You have sold to CFOs/Operated in Sales in the payments, payment aggregation, spend management/intelligence, vendor management, AP Automation, ERP or Accounting software sectors

- 150k OTE
