Job Summary:

Join Eftsure's Professional Services Team to deliver high-quality service to our customers and internal stakeholders. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in supporting integration projects, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring smooth technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support existing integration projects by providing exceptional service.
2. Understand and document customers' business needs and integration requirements.
3. Conduct API testing to ensure readiness for new releases.
4. Investigate, replicate, and resolve integration issues; escalate by creating Jira tickets when needed.
5. Collaborate across teams while adhering to Eftsure's core values.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Required:
• IT degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in integration roles.
• Preferred:
• Understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Background in SaaS and dynamic environments is a plus.
