Eftsure is looking for multiple SDRs to join the existing team and initiate and grow this crucial route to market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Quickly develop an understanding of Eftsure's ideal customer base and effectively showcase Eftsure unique value propositions — whether through phone, email, or LinkedIn.
- Cold calling leads - Senior Finance prospects - CFO's, Controllers, Finance Managers.
- Take both cold and warm leads and convert them into qualified opportunities for the BDM/AE team with whom you'll be partnered.
- Draft highly personalized emails that engage leads by helping them recognize the problems Eftsure solves and the value it can offer to their organizations.
- Enjoy creative license and demonstrate resourcefulness in managing limited time and resources wisely, to ensure you're always doing things that really matter and get you closer to success.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience: Prior SDR/BDR experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: A bachelors degree in either Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or Communications is preferred.
- Hunter Mentality: You thrive on seeking out new business opportunities. You're tenacious, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Adaptability and Connection: You're a quick learner who can adapt and connect, tailoring each conversation to a lead's unique circumstances. You understand what's at stake and the long-term success and upside potential.
