Role Summary

Eftsure is looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with partners and internal teams to plan, execute, and optimise marketing events that drive engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Field Marketing team and external partners to plan and execute marketing events.

• Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and supplier coordination.

• Maintain and oversee event budgets to ensure financial targets are met.

• Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless experiences.

• Conduct post-event analysis to identify success metrics and areas for improvement.

• Support event marketing efforts by coordinating promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media updates.

• Provide administrative support, including managing event databases, booking travel, and liaising with vendors.

• Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination.

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners, vendors, and customers.
