We are looking for a Business Development Leader to join our growing team. This role is a permanent role and will report to our VP of Global Sales.
Role Summary:
Your mission? To lead, empower, and supercharge a team of high-performing Business Development Managers, driving pipeline growth and fueling our sales engine. If you thrive on building dynamic teams, refining go-to-market strategies, and creating a culture of success, this is your stage to make an impact!
As a valued member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to:
๐นLead, mentor, and coach a team of BDMs to exceed targets and unlock their full potential.
๐น Implement best practices for outreach, and lead qualification to drive efficiency and effectiveness
๐น Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
๐น Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
๐น Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new BDMs, ensuring a seamless ramp-up and long-term success.
๐น Monitor and manage team performance, engagement, and retention to build a stable, high-impact team.
๐น Leverage CRM and sales engagement tools to optimize workflows, track activity, and measure success.
๐น Create and refine processes, playbooks, and BD strategies to continuously improve results.
๐น Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture where your team is motivated, engaged, and empowered to win.
To be successful you will have:
๐น Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience leading a team of BDM's in a SaaS or B2B environment.
๐น Ability to drive and exceed sales targets
๐น A strong track record of coaching and mentoring a high performing team
๐น Thinks strategically and executes effectively
๐น Ability to stay composed under pressure and make decisive decisions
๐น Strong, clear communication skills and managers stakeholders confidently
๐น Builds a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
