Eftsure is a rapidly-scaling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Anti-Fraud Technology platform that protects the B2B vendor payments of businesses by enhancing their internal payment controls. It does this by providing real-time vendor bank-account validation throughout the payment lifecycle. Founded in Sydney, Australia in 2014, with over 2100 Customers across every industry vertical and protecting over $200 Billion of payments annually, Eftsure is the undisputed market leader in this space. Encouraged by customers with a strong US footprint and driven by global ambition, Eftsure has now launched in the US where payment fraud is larger, and solutions fewer.
As our first marketing hire, and Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will spearhead Eftsure's marketing efforts in the US market, support our SDR and BDM teams, craft compelling positioning and messaging, create sales enablement material, help develop go-to-market strategies, and feed discoveries and learnings back to the product team.
Please note: while we prefer to hire someone based in Dallas, we're open to candidates working remotely from locations within the Mountain Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of the customer: Conduct market research to understand their needs, pain points and opportunities.
- Gather market, product and customer insights to inform positioning, campaigns and product roadmap.
- Understand the competitive landscape – be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
- Drive go-to-market strategy for new products across the US market, working closely with sales, growth and content marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders during the go-to-market process to ensure the business is ready to sell, support and market the product or feature at launch.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate Eftsure in the market and resonate with our target audience.
- Equip sales with product marketing assets, such as playbooks, pitch decks, tools, training and sales collateral.
- Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, webinars, videos, decks and case studies and blog articles.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company with a high-touch sales model.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity/and or payments (or a passion to learn about it) will be highly regarded.
- Experience at a growth-stage tech company is a plus.

- You’re an excellent storyteller with experience crafting product positioning and sales narratives that articulates what really matters to a customer in a compelling way.
- Proven experience being self-directed.
- Experience driving enablement for sales teams.
- Customer centric mindset.
- Startup experience is desirable.
- Willingness and ability to work with Australian teams in a different time zone.
- Self-starter. You’ll have an awesome team behind you in Sydney, but will be blazing trails here in the U.S.
