We’re scaling rapidly, and as we expand across the Australian and New Zealand markets, we’re looking for a highly motivated, execution-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team.
About the Role
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for new products and features in Australia and New Zealand. You will be the critical link between product, sales, customer ops and marketing, ensuring our value proposition resonates with the market, is clearly communicated across all channels, and ultimately drives revenue growth.

Key Focus Areas:
- Drive product launch strategies for the AU & NZ markets, ensuring alignment with Eftsure’s revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with sales to develop enablement content that supports pipeline generation and deal progression.
- Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives and be accountable for execution and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Ownership: Plan and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new features, solutions, and campaigns targeting the AU and NZ markets.
- Sales Enablement: Deliver positioning, battlecards, talk tracks, and content that empower the sales team to win.
- Website & Content Messaging: Develop and maintain compelling messaging and website content that communicates the value of Eftsure’s products clearly.
- Social Proof Development: Source and produce customer testimonials and case studies to build trust and credibility with target audiences.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand teams to ensure tight alignment on product roadmap, feedback loops, and customer insights.
- Positioning and Segmentation: Craft differentiated positioning tailored to buyer personas (especially CFOs, Treasurers, and other finance leaders).
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with demand generation and digital teams to launch and optimise performance of product-focused campaigns.
About You

- Commercially minded, with a knack for connecting product features to buyer pain points
- An exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex ideas
- Comfortable working closely with sales and responding to market feedback quickly
- Passionate about fintech, cybercrime prevention, and the payments ecosystem
- A fast learner with a bias for action
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech companies
- Proven success in a sales-led growth environment
- Experience launching products and features in complex buying environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and product
- Experience working with or marketing to the C-suite is a strong advantage
