Lead, coach and scale a high-performing SDR team
At Eftsure, we’re on a mission to protect Australian businesses from payment fraud -ensuring companies never pay the wrong people. Our SaaS fraud-tech platform provides real-time vendor verification and payment protection, helping finance leaders sleep at night.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead our growing SDR function. You’ll play a critical role in driving quality pipeline and fueling our sales engine - by coaching top SDR talent, refining outbound motions, and building a culture of curiosity, consistency and impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of 6–10 SDRs to consistently exceed targets
- Own your team’s pipeline contribution goals and report on performance
- Drive SDR effectiveness through 1:1 coaching, call shadowing, and real-time feedback
- Oversee onboarding, ramping and ongoing development of SDR talent
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on lead flow, handover, and conversion
- Design and refine outbound cadences, messaging and strategies for scale
- Use CRM and dashboards to track, analyse and continuously improve performance
- Foster a high-performance, team-first culture that reflects Eftsure’s values
What makes you a great fit
- Strong track record as an SDR / BDR with consistent over-achievement (120%+ across multiple quarters)
- Experience mentoring peers, leading team initiatives, or managing SDRs directly
- Confident communicator who gives and receives feedback well - leading with empathy and curiosity
- Strong business acumen: you understand ICPs, qualification criteria, funnel stages and sales motion
- Data-driven, comfortable with dashboards and using insights to drive performance
- Growth-minded, collaborative and aligned with Eftsure’s values
