The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic Australian team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most valuable enterprise clients. You'll have a direct impact on Eftsure’s growth as you help major organisations secure their payments, prevent fraud, and optimise their payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, satisfaction, and advocacy by delivering value throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities within accounts and executing upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor, understanding organisational payment workflows, fraud risks, and compliance needs to propose best-fit Eftsure solutions.
- Foster long-term, trusted partnerships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Eftsure’s SaaS platform.
- Analyse account health metrics and contract performance using CRM tools, proactively mitigating risks to renewal and growth.
What Makes You Stand Out?
- Demonstrated track record (3+ years) in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative B2B SaaS sales, preferably within FinTech, Payments, or Cybersecurity.
- Proven experience managing large, complex organisations—navigating multiple stakeholders and driving account expansion.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to understand client business processes and identify pain points.
- Data-driven mindset—confident using insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, flourishing in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.

This position is based in North Sydney, with flexible hybrid working (minimum 3 days onsite per week).
