Our platform protects organisations against payment fraud by providing real-time vendor verification and payment protection - ensuring businesses never pay the wrong people.
With our U.S. operations now expanding, we’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dallas and play a key role in driving customer retention, growth, and satisfaction across our U.S. customer base.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Customer Onboarding, you’ll own relationships with key clients - ensuring smooth onboarding, strong adoption, and long-term success. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical Support to drive renewals, expand existing accounts, and deliver measurable value at every stage of the customer journey.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape processes, mentor future team members, and help establish Eftsure’s customer success function in the U.S.
What you’ll do
- Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure rapid time-to-value
- Drive customer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction across your portfolio
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion
- Partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with Product and Support to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs
- Use data and insights to track health, reduce churn, and improve outcomes
- Contribute to the creation of scalable playbooks, processes, and documentation
About you
- 4–6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or B2B software
- Proven track record driving renewals, expansions, and customer satisfaction
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence with tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence
- Working knowledge of APIs and their integration into business systems
- Experience managing onboarding processes and operational documentation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for building strong relationships
- Experience in Fintech, RegTech, or compliance-focused environments; exposure to scaling Customer Success in high-growth or international settings would be beneficial
