Role Summary
The Senior Product Manager role is responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for a specific product, domain or problem area. You will collaborate cross-functionally to refine and communicate the product vision and strategy, translate it into a clear roadmap and backlog, and deliver features and workflows that align with business goals and user needs.
You will excel in product discovery and delivery, balancing customer value, commercial impact and technical constraints. Senior Product Managers are strong communicators and facilitators, skilled at data-informed decision making, and comfortable adapting plans based on customer and market insights. You are a role model for product craft within your squad(s) and a key contributor to the broader product strategy led by Product Leadership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Eftsure team, you will be responsible for:
Product Vision and Strategy: Refine and communicate the product vision and strategy for your domain, in alignment with the broader Product vision and Eftsure’s business objectives.
Roadmap and Backlog Management: Own and maintain a clear, prioritised roadmap and product backlog for your area.
Product Discovery and Validation: Plan and execute discovery activities (customer interviews, usability testing, prototype validation, data analysis) to understand user needs, validate problem framing and de-risk solution ideas before and during delivery.
Requirements Definition: Translate problems and opportunities into clear requirements that enable engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, GTM and operations to ensure alignment on goals, scope and trade-offs. Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration and shared ownership.
Data-Informed Decision Making: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, evaluate opportunities, prioritise work and measure impact. Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic value.
Feedback Analysis and Iteration: Gather and analyse feedback from customers, internal teams and product usage data and use these insights to drive iterative improvements to features, workflows and processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison for your product area. Communicate roadmap, progress, risks and learnings to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Release Planning and Quality: Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations and GTM teams on release planning. Ensure features are well tested, meet quality standards and are supported with the right enablement materials for internal teams and customers.
Risk, Compliance and Technical Considerations: Understand relevant risk, security, compliance and technical constraints in your domain. Factor these into product decisions and work closely with specialist teams when required.

Conflict Resolution: Navigate disagreements constructively to maintain progress and trust.
Technical Understanding: Maintain a solid grasp of key technical concepts (e.g. data flows, APIs, integrations, constraints).
