Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre complet, au cœur des opérations financières, en lien direct avec les équipes internes et nos partenaires.

Contrat : Alternance - 12 ou 24 mois

Vos missions au quotidien :

• Cycle fournisseurs

  • Gestion des factures (collecte, intégration, suivi)

  • Création et mise à jour des fiches fournisseurs

  • Suivi des échéances et préparation des paiements

  • Traitement des notes de frais

• Cycle clients (en lien avec les équipes commerciales & Customer Success)

  • Préparation des devis et bons de commande

  • Facturation clients

  • Suivi des encaissements et relances des clients

• Reporting & pilotage (sous supervision)

  • Mise à jour et optimisation des tableaux de bord

  • Suivi de trésorerie (prévisionnels court terme)

  • Analyse des écarts budget vs réel

  • Participation aux échanges mensuels avec les managers en interne

• Fiscalité & clôtures (sous supervision)

  • Participation aux déclarations fiscales (TVA, IS, etc.)

  • Contribution aux clôtures comptables et reportings investisseurs

• Support administratif

  • Accompagnement des équipes sur les sujets financiers

  • Gestion documentaire et suivi des obligations administratives

Le profil que nous recherchons :

• Formation en finance / comptabilité / gestion

• À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques et informatiques (Excel, outils de reporting…)

• Rigueur, autonomie et sens du détail, bon esprit d’équipe et bon relationnel

• Anglais professionnel requis (écrit et oral) dans un environnement international

Contract: Work-study program (Apprenticeship) – 12 or 24 months

Your daily missions :

• Supplier cycle

  • Invoice management (collection, integration, follow-up)

  • Creation and updating of supplier records

  • Monitoring due dates and preparing payments

  • Processing expense reports

• Customer cycle (in coordination with Sales & Customer Success teams)

  • Preparation of quotes and purchase orders

  • Customer invoicing

  • Monitoring collections and managing customer follow-ups

• Reporting & performance management (under supervision)

  • Updating and optimizing dashboards

  • Cash flow monitoring (short-term forecasts)

  • Analysis of budget vs. actual variances

  • Participation in internal monthly reviews with managers

• Tax & closings (under supervision)

  • Participation in tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.)

  • Contribution to accounting closings and investor reporting

• Administrative support

  • Supporting teams on financial topics

  • Document management and tracking of administrative obligations

The profile we are looking for :

• Education in finance / accounting / management

• Comfortable with office and IT tools (Excel, reporting tools, etc.)

• Rigorous, autonomous, detail-oriented, with strong team spirit and interpersonal skills

• Professional English required (written and spoken) in an international environment
