Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities in Talent Acquisition
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Plan and execute innovative recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates efficiently.
- Source Candidates: Utilise various platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates for open positions, with a high focus on sales positions.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles within the company.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Maintain Talent Pool: Develop and nurture a pool of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a dynamic fast paced environment, with a focus on hiring Sales Talent.
- Proficiency in ATS: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: A knack for building effective professional relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in managing information and processes.
